11 Days to BC

Ok, I am officially near to single digit countdown and I am beginning to have pre-departure syndrome. I really haven't started preparing at all! I have yet to drawn a list of things to bring there. I don't know how much winter clothes I need to bring over. Whether I have enough big suitcase a not.... n the list goes on.

I am certainly looking forward to my new adventure but at the same time, I couldnt bear to leave certain things behind... my dearest gf, family, friends, soccer, mj....

More importantly, I need to get rid of my damn sore throat and flu.. before vancouver weather swallow me alive.

Whipping the scousers in their backyard!

It has been almost a week now, but the after-effect of beating bloody scousers at Anfield is still lying around. Just need to see my tag board to find a loser finding yet another excuse for our win against them.


I think the win capped off an eventful week for me. I was lucky to have a chance to go "live" on Nokia Football Crazy hosted by Jamie Yeo and Andy Penders. Probably make a fool of myself, nonetheless, it was still a priceless experience.

Jamie... She is pretty quiet that day. She is very nice though, offered to clean up the drinks I spilled on her carpet. Shawal and Walter was happily beo-ing her as she bend down to clean up the mess. =x

New Blog, New Adventure!

I have revive my dying blog! Actually, I didn't excatly "revive" it. In fact I change quite abit..change the blog url, name and almost everything.

I am never really a blogging person. But decided to keep one during my exchange trip to Vancouver BC! My gf will be delighted that I will be updating my progress in UBC through this blog, so that she can carefully monitor my activities... =)

I will be seating the lao pok Northwest Airline there. Hope the stewardess will not be some make-up-until-look-like ghost aunties. More importantly, I do hope my plane can land safely. For those that want to come and send me off.... shit damn thick-skin. I'm leaving early sunday morning 6th Jan! Changi Airport Ter 2....

And lastly.... drum roll.... Wreck Beach! One of the largest nude beaches in the world! Better still, its located just behind UBC! Maybe I can bring my books there to study every morning. Added incentive to go for a morning run! Afternoon run! Tea-break Run! Evening Run!... or maybe I will be blinded by a sagging Ah-ma the first day I step on the beach =(
